Happy Birthday
This hummingbird baby grew inside its egg for 12-14 days before finally hatching. It is exhausted afer working its way out of the egg. It weighs about 0.5 grams (about the size and weight of a Tic Tac candy).

When Missi's dad opened The Village Groomer over 40 years ago, it was his passion for dogs that inspired him to try to make a living doing something he absolutely loved.  That tradition continues with Chickadee Seed & Feed!  It is the love of their hobby farm with their goats and chickens, as well their fascination with the backyard winged visitors, that lead Missi and Trey to open Chickadee.  Here you will find some of their favorite feeds, seeds, and that wonderful, and these days, rare opportunity to do business with a family and not a huge, impersonal box store.  Come by for a visit and you'll be hooked!
